SHIPPING:
In general, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing time on orders NOT containing preorder items. With the acceptation of 1-4 additional business days during high volume sale periods such as new item releases. Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays! afraidofdrowning, LLC currently consists of only one person, so your patience with shipping is greatly appreciated.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order. We are not responsible for guaranteeing any changes to shipping addresses. We use the United States Postal Service for ALL of our domestic shipments, Global Post (through USPS) for all international orders, and UPS for large item orders.

You will receive an automated email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. If you cannot locate the email confirmation, please contact AOD: hello@afraidofdrowning.com (This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.)

afraidofdrowning, LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

You, the customer, are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

AOD does ship internationally! International shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to
weeks to arrive once they’ve been shipped.You are responsible for paying ANY AND ALL fees associated with taxes/delivery. 

Orders may end up being returned
for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage. YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY CUSTOMS/VAT FEES! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP AN EYE ON TRACKING AND TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST IF NEEDED.
